Hello and welcome to English!  I am a western Washington native transplanted onto a beautiful Palouse farm and ranch.  My husband and I have two daughters who both attend WSU.   Along with helping out on our farm and ranch, I have taught at a variety of levels including kindergarten, middle school, high school and college.  Currently, I am teaching 7th, 8th and 9th grade English.  In class, we focus on close reading and analyzing a variety of complex texts, writing to explain and inform, research, speaking, and in depth study of grammar and language.  Please click the link below to access my class websites.
