Northwest Leadership Associates has been selected by the Colfax Board of Directors to assist them in conducting a search for your next superintendent. Bill Motsenbocker and Tom Rockefeller have been assigned by NWLA for this search and have many years of teaching, building administration, and superintendent experience including many years with districts on the Palouse.

Data from the attached online survey is designed to assist the school board in creating a “Leadership Profile” to identify the professional qualifications and personal qualities the CSD will need in its next superintendent. Your participation is very important, and all information collected will be kept completely confidential.

The survey link will be open until 6 PM on Friday, October 17.
