Colfax School District is pleased to allow citizens and groups of this school district use of district facilities as availability permits. District-sponsored activities, including curricular and co-curricular functions, receive first priority in the use of all school facilities.
Please complete the Facilities Use Agreement and submit to District Office for processing.
A completed Statement of Compliance for HB 1824 and SB 5083, Youth Sports-Head Injury Policies and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness, must be attached to the Application for Use of School Facilities for all youth sports groups requesting use of school district facilities.
